La Quercia is an All-Suites barn of the early 19th century renovated in March 2019.  The property is immersed in a vast private estate in the middle of a plateau overlooking the hills of Bologna. The private park, full of deers and squirrels, is 4 km away from the A1 highway exits (Milan to Rome) and 13 km from the center of Bologna, or about 15 to 18 minutes by car. Florence is 1h away.

• Online Check-in: You will receive a link via email or WhatsApp to complete online check-in through Vikey, an encrypted system compliant with Italian law. Access codes will be sent the night before your arrival.
• Check-in Codes: You’ll receive your check-in codes the night before your arrival via email.
• Group Check-in: For groups over 5, send pictures of passports (if non-EU) or ID cards (for EU citizens) via WhatsApp (+39 3515354357) or email (checkin@bolognarooms.com) for registration. Include the booking surname, check-in date, and property name.
• Early Check-in: Enter your apartment at 12:30 PM for €11.50 (purchase by 10:00 AM on the check-in date).
• Late Check-out: Leave at 12:30 PM for €11.50 (purchase by 10:00 AM on the check-out date).
• Staff Support: Available every day ONLY between 8:00 AM and 00:30.
• Accepted Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Diners, American Express, Bank Transfer, Cash, Debit Card, Maestro Circuit, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

- Non-refundable Rate: Immediate payment at booking.

For full villa bookings or 4+ apartments, the cancellation policy is either non-refundable (if specified) or refundable until 11:59 PM, 14 days before check-in.
