Located in the historic center of Bologna, Santo Stefano Apartments offers elegant air-conditioned studios and apartments with free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Set within the framework of a historic building, all modern studios and apartments feature exposed inlaid wood beams. They come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a coffee machine plus kettle and toaster. The marble bathrooms have a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. In addition, some apartments have a private balcony, while others are in the attic. All the apartments, expect the attic, are enriched by a venetian floor, which reflects the tradition of the bolognese arcades, giving further beauty and grace to the palace.
Santo Stefano Apartments is only 10 minutes by taxi or bus from Bologna centrale train station and 25 minutes by car from Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna.
The strategic location of the hotel enhances the bolognese experience as it is 10 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the major attractions of the city, it is also just a short 7 minutes walk from “ Giardini Margherita”, Bologna’ biggest public park.
Santo Stefano Apartments is located in a limited traffic area (ZTL). Nevertheless, there is the possibility of leaving the car in a paid garage a few meters from the hotel, or parking in the street. More info about parking in the FAQ section.

- Airport: 25 minutes by taxi or car, 40 minutes with people mover to the train station and then bus n.11 from the train station (10 minutes ride).

ZTL in Bologna:
You can enter the ZTL from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outside these hours, you’ll get a fine unless you park in a garage that registers your license plate on a whitelist to avoid the fine.
