Ca’ Palazzo Malvasia is immersed in a vast private estate in the middle of a plateau overlooking the hills of Bologna. The private park, full of deers and squirrels, is 4 km away from the A1 highway exits (Milan to Rome) and 13 km from the center of Bologna, or about 15 to 18 minutes by car. Florence is 1h away.
Cà Palazzo Malvasia is an ancient 17th century hunting manor set at the center of a private estate. Originally the building was built as a holiday resort for the noble family whose name it bears so as to spend the summer away from the bustle of the city and at the same time take care of the estate.
The villa, equipped with free Wi-Fi, offers free and fenced parking, has a shared kitchen and, every morning, a rich breakfast buffet is served. The two large living rooms are ideal for those looking for a bit of relax with a book or a chat on the comfortable sofas. The library hosts ancient books. All the spacious and elegant suites are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and enjoy views of the garden and a private bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Lastly, Bologna’s airport is 15 minutes away by car while Bologna Centrale train station is 20 minutes away.
