Villa Bottrigari-BolognaRooms is a recently renovated property situated in Bologna, close to MAMbo, the Quadrilatero di Bologna, and Piazza Maggiore. It offers an elevator and free high-speed WiFi throughout. Family rooms are available, and each apartment includes air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, bidet, and complimentary toiletries. Kitchens are furnished with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bed linens and towels are provided. The villa is a 15-minute walk from Piazza Malpighi and just 20 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. It is located outside the limited traffic area, with Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport just 10 km away.

Check-in Process: You will receive a link via email or WhatsApp for online check-

Vikey is a secure, encrypted online check-in system. All data is sent to the police as
per Italian law, and pictures are deleted at checkout.
Check-out Instructions: Keys should be left on the table at checkout. Please
ensure the door is closed behind you.

For full villa bookings or 4+ apartments, the cancellation policy is either non-refundable (if specified) or refundable until 11:59 PM, 14 days before check-in.

Vicini Parking: Location (7 minutes walk from Villa Bottrigari). Cost: €18-20 per day. Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (closed during summer holidays, Easter, and Christmas).
Garage Grada: Via della Grada 8/e, Bologna (9 minutes walk). Alternative paid street parking available at €1.80 per hour until 6:00 PM daily. Street parking options available on blue stripes from 6 PM to 8 AM on various streets.
