Isaia Garden is a newly renovated gem spanning two levels, offering a serene retreat just an 8-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, Bologna’s main square. Tucked away from street noise, the property is surrounded by lush greenery and features a private 35 sqm terrace, providing a peaceful escape in the heart of the city.
The entrance opens into a welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed, and a stylish mosaic-tiled bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and its Venetian flooring evokes the historic charm of Bologna’s arcades. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with parquet floors and exposed beams, including a spacious double bedroom with ample closet space. 7-minute walk from Frassinago Suites, provides a ZTL permit for your car. Cost: Approximately €25-29 per day, depending on vehicle size. Open from 7:30 AM to 8 PM, closed on Sundays and during summer holidays (August 4-25, December 22-January 9, and Easter). Garage Vicini: Location
About 7 minutes from Frassinago Suites, cost around €18-20 per day, outside the limited traffic zone. Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (closed during summer holidays).

ZTL in Bologna:
You can enter the ZTL from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Outside these hours, you’ll get a fine unless you park in a garage that registers your license plate on a whitelist to avoid the fine.

If a guest prefers not to check in online (via Vikey) due to complexity or privacy concerns, they must send photos of their documents via WhatsApp at +39 351 535 4357. Please include the booking surname, property name, and check-in date. These photos are only used for police registration and are deleted upon check-out. We do not copy or store any guest data.
